"This correspondence is in reference to Kevin Smith and his involvement with capital projects at Koru Village. We own a 15 acre resort in the vacation destination of Avon, located in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore,  part of the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  Two years ago we purchased a 5 acre tract of oceanfront that adjoins our property which is home to the Avon Fishing Pier.  Also located on that property is a small restaurant that has been home to several food establishments over the past 20 years.

To say the restaurant property was in poor shape would be an understatement.  An entire remodel was required on the interior and exterior, along with an expansion of the restaurant for it to meet Koru Village standards.  We hired Kevin to lead the team on the exterior remodel.  The scope of the project included replacing all windows, doors and siding.  In addition, Kevin assisted on several other areas of the project.
